Marlborough Minders Holiday Camp – Summer 2025

We are excited to announce that our much-loved Marlborough Minders Holiday Camp will be returning during the Summer 2025 holidays

Offering a safe, familiar, and fun environment, the camp is designed to provide flexible childcare and enriching experiences for all Marlborough Primary School pupils.

Camp Dates

The camp will run for four weeks during the summer break (Week commencing):

  • Monday 21st July 2025
  • Monday 28th July 2025
  • Monday 4th August 2025
  • Monday 11th August 2025

Opening Hours

The camp will be open from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with two booking options available:

  • Mega Day: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Maxi Day: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Whether you need full-day childcare or want your child to enjoy social time and activities in a familiar setting, Marlborough Minders is here to help.

Who Can Attend

The camp is open to all children currently in Reception through Year 6.

We welcome both Marlborough pupils and children from other schools to join our holiday club. If your child does not attend Marlborough Primary, please get in touch with the school office to book a place.

What’s On Offer

Each day is packed with fun, age-appropriate activities such as:

  • Arts and crafts
  • Sports and games
  • Outdoor play and Forest Activities
  • Science Activities
  • Cookery Activities
  • Reading, puzzles, and quiet time

Food and Drinks

  • Children must have breakfast before they arrive at camp.
  • Children must bring a nut-free packed lunch, snacks, and a refillable water bottle.
  • Please ensure all items are clearly labelled with your child’s name.
  • In hot weather, send your child with a sun hat and sun cream.

Supervision and Safeguarding

  • The camp is led by experienced Marlborough school staff, all of whom are DBS-checkedand trained in first aid and safeguarding.
  • We maintain a safe and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to take part, try new things, and make friends.

Fees and Booking

A Booking Agreement Form is available from the school office or can be downloaded from our website.

  • The Booking Agreement Form should be returned to the school office as soon as possible.

  • Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is strongly advised.

  • Fee details are outlined in the booking form.

  • Payments must be made via Scopay. We welcome both Marlborough pupils and children from other schools. If your child does not attend Marlborough Primary School, please contact the school office to arrange booking and payment.

  • If you are using Government Tax-Free Childcare vouchers, please provide photographic evidence of your Transaction, which will then be credited to your account to enable you to book online.

  • All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

What to Bring

Please make sure your child comes with:

  • A nut-free packed lunch and snacks throughout the day.
  • A labelled water bottle
  • Weather-appropriate clothing, including a hat or raincoat
  • Comfortable shoes for active play
  • A change of clothes (particularly for younger children)

Our Commitment to Special Educational Needs (SEN) & Accessibility

Marlborough Holiday Camp aims to be accessible to all children. We currently do not have the resources to provide dedicated one-on-one support for your child. If you have concerns about the suitability of the holiday camp, please contact the school office or email us at:
